Currently, we only ship within the continental United States.

 

Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, excluding pre-order items, which will be marked with an anticipated shipping date.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping times range from 2-7 business days within the US. Rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address, and will be displayed at checkout.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
Wyld Terra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once scanned by the carrier. If this happens, please check with your neighbors and contact the carrier to file a claim. While we will assist with any necessary information, we are unable to refund products or shipping fees.
